The Label Rouge Salmon carpaccio, marked with the world–class symbol for excellence is worth tasting too.
In the Asian category, you will discover traditional and signature fusions of Japanese and other international cuisines that are a delight for all senses. Prepared by skilled Asian chefs that cause a stir in our kitchen, we recommend the Crab Lime Roll with fresh crab, avocado, mango, teriyaki, spicy mayonnaise and lime.
Not–to–miss vegan choices include, the organic Quinoa salad made with bio quinoa and our favorite Vegetable Couscous with cashew cream, grilled seasonal vegetables and spinach with celery broth.
