At Pralina Experience, every dish is a culinary journey and this year’s Valentine’s Special Menu, is no exception. Created by the Group’s Executive Chef, it brings together refined flavors designed to offer an unforgettable dining experience.
The evening begins with a warm welcome: pumpkin soup with goat cheese cream, perfectly balancing sweet and savory notes. The appetisers then take center stage, with a choice of foie gras risotto with berries or king crab salad with champagne - dishes that showcase attention to detail.
The main courses are equally impressive: beef fillet with red wine sauce, shrimp and lobster ravioli, or sea bass meunière, all prepared with premium ingredients and techniques that highlight the essence of each ingredient.
To elevate the experience even further, guests are invited to pair their meal with a Rossini cocktail or a glass of Bruno Paillard Première Cuvée Extra Brut champagne.
The evening concludes with a dessert for two, set in an atmosphere of elegant luxury enhanced by live jazz music - a perfect backdrop for a truly romantic night.
